Each year Filmkontakt Nord attends some of the major festivals in the Nordic region:
Tampere International Short Film Festival (Finland)
Tempo Documentary Festival (Sweden)
CPH:DOX (Denmark)
BUFF - The International Children and Young People's Film festival (Sweden)
The Norwegian Short Film Festival - Grimstad (Norway).

At the festivals Filmkontakt Nord is often asked to participate in panel discussions and seminars in regard to the short and documentary sector and through Nomadic Office FkN offers their
expertise on international co-production, marketing, distribution and
sales to the Nordic producers working with documentary projects.
Next Nomadic Office will take place at Tempo Documentary Festival in Stockholm, Sweden.
